The "High Range High Performance Charge and Discharge Device" is a charging and discharging device that uses a dropper-type power supply and subdivides the current range into eight ranges. This allows for more accurate measurement of battery cumulative capacity compared to conventional methods. Additionally, by automatically and seamlessly switching the current range during current attenuation under low voltage control, it enables measurements without compromising accuracy or resolution even during constant voltage control at high currents.
